1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "jkt188", "we", "us", "our" — refers to jkt188 and its affiliated operating entities that own and operate the platform accessible at https://jkt188.app.
• "Platform" — means the jkt188 website, any Progressive Web Application, mobile application, and all related services, games, and products made available at or through jkt188.app.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means a registered user account created on the Platform, through which the User accesses products and services.
• "Real Money Balance" — means funds deposited by the User from their own financial accounts and held in their jkt188 wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" — means promotional credits granted by jkt188, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity verification, a process requiring the User to submit government-issued identification and supporting documentation to confirm their identity and eligibility.
• "IDR" — means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or under jkt188's own operational policies.
• "Force Majeure Event" — means any event beyond jkt188's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network failures, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related disruptions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use any service on the Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. jkt188 strictly enforces this age restriction and will suspend or permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under 21, with immediate forfeiture of any Bonus Balance and, at jkt188's discretion, any Real Money Balance pending regulatory review.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is operated primarily for users residing in Indonesia. You must confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your country or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through associated household members — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Mental Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, undue influence, or as a consequence of a gambling addiction that you are currently seeking treatment for. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money products on the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile telephone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any third party. jkt188 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are used — whether by you or by any third party who accessed your Account — is your sole responsibility.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

jkt188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; inability to verify identity to our satisfaction; or receipt of a court order or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud, any Real Money Balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation.

4. KYC Identity Verification

4.1 Required Documents

Before processing any withdrawal request, jkt188 requires all Accounts to complete KYC verification. The following documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed digital copies:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to make deposits, sufficient to confirm that the payment method belongs to the Account holder.

4.2 Verification Timeline

jkt188 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information, which will reset the review timeline. jkt188 may request further documentation at any stage if fraud, money laundering, or identity theft is suspected.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If KYC verification cannot be completed to jkt188's satisfaction within 30 days of the initial request, the Account will be suspended and any Real Money Balance will be held pending regulatory guidance. Bonus Balances will be forfeited in full upon KYC failure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jkt188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in IDR through the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, net of any applicable bank processing fees.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of transaction. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice. High-value transactions may be subject to enhanced due-diligence checks before processing.

5.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) are typically credited to the Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited within seconds. jkt188 is not liable for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within three minutes during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals from Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC verification will be held until verification is complete. jkt188 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal if it is under security review.

5.5 Currency and Conversion

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and payouts on the Platform are denominated exclusively in IDR. No currency conversion is applied. jkt188 does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which jkt188 bears no responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by jkt188 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following default conditions apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of ten times (10x) the bonus amount on eligible products before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagers placed on games or markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not contribute toward meeting wagering requirements.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements: sportsbook bets generally contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) contribute 10%; Domino QQ and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games contribute 10% unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless a promotion states a different validity period, all bonus funds expire 7 days from the date of issuance. Expired Bonus Balances are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.

6.5 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

jkt188 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds — and to void any associated winnings — if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, hedging, arbitrage wagering, or any form of coordinated pattern wagering designed to exploit promotional terms. Repeated bonus abuse will result in permanent Account closure.

7. Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to jkt188's published sports betting rules, which govern settlement, void bets, dead-heat reductions, and event postponement policies. Bets placed on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned. For live in-play markets, jkt188 reserves the right to suspend a market at any time without notice. Bets already accepted before market suspension remain valid.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games including Speed Baccarat, Lightning Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Blackjack are provided by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game result stands as determined by the studio server. jkt188 is not liable for losses caused by the User's internet connectivity issues.

7.3 Slots

All slot games on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party studios and are independently certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) labelling reflects independently audited RTP data; it does not constitute a guarantee of winnings in any individual session.

7.4 Domino QQ

Domino QQ is a skill-and-chance card game played against other Users at the same table. jkt188 collects a rake on each pot as disclosed in the Domino QQ lobby. Collusion between players — including signalling hand values or coordinating folds — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7.5 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform are conducted by certified draw partners. Draw results are final and not subject to appeal. Winnings are credited to the Account within five minutes of draw completion. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per draw type (2D, 3D, 4D) and are displayed in the togel lobby.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through a nominee, household member, or associate.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with any part of the Platform in a manner not permitted by jkt188.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or against the house.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation technology.
• Engaging in any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the jkt188 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jkt188 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without jkt188's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of jkt188's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

10. Privacy & Data

jkt188 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with AML and KYC obligations, personalise your experience, and communicate promotional offers where you have opted in to marketing communications. jkt188 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

jkt188 strives to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. jkt188 is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

11.2 Wagering Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. jkt188 is not liable for any wagering losses incurred by Users on the Platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine the suitability of any bet or game for their personal financial circumstances. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose.

11.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe), payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and identity verification providers. jkt188 is not liable for service failures, errors, or disruptions originating from these third-party providers.

11.4 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jkt188's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

jkt188 may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, any suspected illegal activity, or for any operational or regulatory reason. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any Real Money Balance will be reviewed and, where no fraud or legal hold applies, returned to your last verified payment method within 14 business days.

You may terminate your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary termination does not entitle you to a refund of any Real Money Balance already wagered, or any Bonus Balance at any stage. Accounts subject to a pending KYC review or suspicious-activity investigation may not be terminated until the review is complete.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jkt188 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the laws of any other jurisdiction, the governing jurisdiction's law shall prevail to the extent permitted.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first contact jkt188 at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jkt188 will endeavour to respond to all dispute notifications within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against jkt188.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jkt188 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Account holders via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
